Pre-Operative Evaluation Appointments Include the Following:
- Bariatric medical evaluation (history and physical)
- Nutrition counseling
- Psychological evaluation
- Lab work
- EKG
- Sleep study
- Addition visits or evaluations may be necessary depending on medical history and insurance requirements
