Yield: about 4 medium shoots
136.8 calories, 1.7g fat, 6.1g protein, 19.4 g carbohydrate, 1.3g fiber, 1.2g sugar, 2.9mg cholesterol
Ingredients:
1 bunch asparagus
1 package herb shake n bake
½ cup panko
¼ cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
4 eggs beaten
Instructions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees
Chop ends off the bottoms of the asparagus
Mix panko, shake n bake and parmesan together in a shallow pan
Dip asparagus into beaten eggs and then press into panko mixture
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
Fry Dip:
Serving size 1 ounce (2 tablespoons)
6 oz of plain greek yogurt
1 tsp dill leaves
1 packet hidden valley ranch dressing seasoning
Mix together-dip asparagus into it
