I was 358 lbs at my heaviest. My muscles ached, my legs were sore, and my joints hurt constantly. I had diabetes, high cholesterol and congestive heart failure along with stage 3B kidney failure. I currently sit at 210 lbs just 6 full months post op. My physical limitations haven’t changed much due to my extreme neuropathy but my energy levels are up, I’m off several medications, my AIC is 5.4 and I show no signs of being diabetic any longer. No more insulin pumps or finger pokes!
